I am Erin Sandy, Vice President of SfC. As a pro-choice student in the center of the Bible Belt, I've been faced with many obstacles. Growing up in a town that is relatively anti-choice and very religious, I've had to deal with being called a "baby-killer," "murderer" and other horrible names that I would never wish on anyone. It's been a struggle, but I've been able to deal and being at NKU has helped me so much. I now am involved in an organization with the same views as my own and I don't feel so alone as I did at my high school, or in my hometown, or even in my own family.<br /><br />With the help of Students for Choice, I've learned how to argue my position at the appropriate times and I've also learned about myself in the process.<br /><br />Thank you for reading.
